Tiana earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Arizona, where she developed a strong foundation in patient advocacy, healthcare operations, and wellness-focused care. She understands the importance of providing patients with reassurance, education, and personalized attention during such a meaningful experience, and she takes pride in helping each individual feel informed, comfortable, and confident.

Elysha Grauman is a Physician Associate specializing in cosmetic dermatology with more than a decade of clinical experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Wagner College, graduating cum laude with honors. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to continuing education and has completed advanced aesthetic training through Allergan, Galderma, and Merz, continually expanding her expertise in injectable techniques, facial anatomy, and the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine.

Her clinical interests include neuromodulators, hyaluronic acid fillers, biostimulatory injectables, platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), laser and light-based therapies, and comprehensive facial rejuvenation. Elysha has a special passion for facial balancing and believes every treatment should be thoughtfully tailored to enhance each patient's unique features while preserving facial harmony. Her conservative treatment philosophy focuses on subtle enhancements that restore confidence while allowing patients to look like the best version of themselves.

Prior to focusing exclusively on aesthetic medicine, Elysha spent more than a decade providing comprehensive medical dermatology care, diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions. Her extensive dermatology experience serves as the foundation of her aesthetic practice, allowing her to approach cosmetic treatments with a deep understanding of skin health, facial anatomy, and long-term patient care.
