She has completed advanced Sciton BBL preceptorships, enabling her to deliver highly customized, results-driven treatments for pigmentation, redness, aging, and overall skin quality.

She plays an integral role in guiding patients through every stage of their aesthetic journey, from initial consultation to post-treatment care, while ensuring clear communication, thoughtful coordination, and attentive support throughout the process.

Tiana earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Arizona, where she developed a strong foundation in patient advocacy, healthcare operations, and wellness-focused care. She understands the importance of providing patients with reassurance, education, and personalized attention during such a meaningful experience, and she takes pride in helping each individual feel informed, comfortable, and confident.

Melissa brings over a decade of experience in the beauty, aesthetics, and patient care industry. She began her career in retail beauty, where she developed a passion for helping individuals feel confident through education, personalized guidance, and meaningful connection. This foundation led her into medical aesthetics, where she combines a strong commitment to patient care with an appreciation for natural, confidence-enhancing results.

As Practice Administrator of Fresh Face & Eye, Melissa is dedicated to delivering a seamless, welcoming experience for every patient—from initial contact through treatment and follow-up. She prioritizes creating an environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered, and takes pride in building lasting relationships grounded in trust, compassion, and clear communication.

Melissa is passionate about the link between aesthetics and overall wellness, and enjoys guiding patients through their options so they feel informed and confident in their decisions. Outside of the practice, she values fitness, wellness, family time, and staying current with advancements in aesthetic medicine to continually enhance the patient experience.

Ashly Elias

MSN, Nurse Practitioner 

Ashly Elias is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine. She is passionate about helping patients enhance their natural beauty through personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique features and goals. Her expertise includes full facial balancing, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulatory injectables, laser treatments, and advanced skin rejuvenation procedures. Ashly believes aesthetic medicine is about creating subtle, harmonious results that help patients look and feel like the best version of themselves.

Ashly earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Dominican University, following her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hartwick College. She received formal, hands-on training in aesthetic medicine through industry-leading programs with Allergan, Galderma, and Sciton, and remains committed to continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine.

Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Ashly spent nearly nine years as a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse, caring for critically ill children. Her extensive critical care experience developed exceptional clinical judgment, precision, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to patient safety. Those qualities continue to define her approach to aesthetic medicine today.

Ashly’s passion for aesthetic medicine grew from her own personal skin and aesthetic journey. Having experienced firsthand how thoughtful, natural enhancements can build confidence, she understands the importance of creating treatment plans that are both personalized and patient-focused. She combines medical expertise with an artistic eye to help patients achieve balanced, natural-looking results while ensuring they feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey.
